That's fine OP. if your girlfriend would leave you randomly for this trashy guy, she's likely to do it again to him. But I say report the other items stolen by him and get law enforcement to deal with it. If this guy is dumb enough to steal your phone and iPod with you knowing, it sounds like he would be dumb enough to start something with you, so don't try to get your stuff back by yourself. Sorry OP, some people are just unbelievable. :/

Like your (ex)girlfriend is property that can be "stolen"? Ugh. Anyway you should report the missing devices and as for the girl, it was her decision, unless she was somehow deceived. Let it go.

Whether the girlfriend payed for it or not, it was his property. Therefore, still considered theft.

If he was a bum with no job and the girl paid for everything including his phone bill ( hypothetically) then she has the right to the phone and sell the iPod for the bill b
