Solution: Request more training. Let them know you're not feeling confident about what to do and ask that they show you more.

I do volunteer work and sometime I have no idea what I'm doing.Happens to all of us at some point.Just ask for some help or you get you can get fired.

been at my job 7 months and I kinda know what I'm doing. dont worry. give it the full 12 months. if you're still there then you're doing something right.
