There is no way this is real. NOBODY throws a boomerang perfectly first time, and like anybody would be that retarded to just watch it swing round and smack them in the face. If they did break their nose it would probably be because they just didn't let go and smacked themselves in the nose.

I call fake. Nobody can throw a boomerang so perfectly first time that it a) actually returns b) returns to precisely so as to hit them in the head. You have to throw it on exactly the right angle, taking into account the wind direction, and have just the right movement in your wrist. Plus, boomerangs make very wide turns and you would see it coming, unless you just threw it and then turned away. All though skelldogs could be right - perhaps the OP just threw it directly up in the air and it fell back and smacked him in the face... haha.

The Aborigines made the boomerang, and no offence but lol how could u not believe they dont come back, they've been used for hunting for centuries in Australia. They are dangerous, if u dont hit anything it'll come back and either u leg it out of the way or catch it.
