While there is a problem with him ignoring you for a video game (to an extent; if it's just a one-time-thing I don't see a huge issue with it), anyone bashing Pokemon is an idiot. I don't care if it's been labeled by society as kiddie and for 10-year-olds, it's a perfectly fine game which gained an undeserved bad reputation. I'd rather my girlfriend (since I'm a guy) turn me down for a Pokemon game than GTA IV. Would you rather have him playing a game that's deemed "immature" or one where you go around shooting hookers?
