its not as easy as it seems, my sister recently went through a thing where she was talking to older boys acting younger, had police come over and everything to talk to her, its a real issue young children with phones now days, and parents took everything off my sister, phone, computer, internet, games, everything!! but shes found a way around it all, and even if you take there phone, or computer, theres still thousands of kids with phones and computers they can jump on. and the rape thing is a-bit intense, but now days young girls seem to be getting worst and worst attitudes.

And this gives mom a chance to go thru the phone; all pics and messages, sent and recieved. Then the mom can simply cancel the phone - since she surely can't afford it.
