Today, I told my 13 year-old daughter that she was grounded from using her phone. Later on, I get an important call regarding a job that I have been after. After I'd picked up the phone, my daughter starts screaming, "HELP! RAPE! HELP!" on the other phone. I don't think I'll be getting the job. FML

WOW. Since it was so ******* important (HELLO, JOB), you should punish her by making her live off of the bare minimum for at least a month - NO CELL PHONE AT ALL, basic shitty food, no new clothes, etc.

OOOH. this was a confusing sentence. i thought you meant your daughter was at the work place and was calling you from there because she didn 't have her cell phone. (wtf?) so like you regretted taking her cell phone away because she was being raped. i was like, wow, first thing you think of to do is to go onto fml. how sensitive of you.

twat her one and confiscate everything she owns. if i did that (even though i'm 16 and i know better) you'd have to dig me up to find out what happened to me. your daughter sounds like a heinous little child and deserves the worst punishment you can think of. a week in a homeless shelter sounds fit enough to me.

You need to beat it. Normally, I don't advise people to spank (whip, whoop, beat, etc.), but this little girl deserves a firm slap, or ten, across the face. In addition to taking everything out of her room, including the door off its hinges, and banning her from anything that is remotely... fun. Beat the brat out of her. And beat it hard.

Sounds like your daughter needs an ass whooping. What is she going to do when you can't afford to pay for her phone because she screwed up your chance at getting a job? You deserve it for not teaching you child manners and respect.
