Today, I wanted revenge on the rabbit who ate my garden's plants. When he returned, he was standing next to my brand new above-ground swimming pool. I pull out my 22. rifle and shot at it, but the bullet missed and popped a hole in my pool. 15,000 gallons of water flooded my basement. FML

Not only did you try to kill it instead of just relocating it, but you tried to justify your shit aim with 'the bullet missed' instead of 'I missed'. This one calls for a YDI unfortunately.

YDI for missing. But I will say that IT'S NOT A BULLET IF ANYTHING ITS A PELLET! Artard..

#656, I don't see you preaching to people about how children in Africa or runaways in North Korea are starving. How could you have the nerve to say that this man was at fault SIMPLY BECAUSE he tried to shoot a cute wittle bunny wabbit. To think that rabbits are more important than your fellow human beings is just stupid. We don't live in a world free of war yet, so you PETA fascists don't have any spare time to logically be concerned with animals yet.

#663, Unless you know #656 personally, how do you know whether or not they care about starving children in other countries? I mean, i wouldn't expect them to preach about it on someone's fml about trying to kill a rabbit and shooting their pool instead. That would just be off topic. So don't bash them just because they defended an animal. They may care just as much or even more about starving kids. Everyone has something their passionate about, some people its animals. Others may be helping people in other countries who are less fortunate. But animal cruelity isn't something so minor that it should go unnoticed. It should not be ignored and neither should the other problems in our world (which are most caused by other HUMANS). So take your closed minded, ignorant comments somewhere else. Because you're blowing this way out of proportion.

I find it a little funny nearly everyone gets on the OP for shooting at the rabbit period and not so much that they missed and shot their own pool. lol @ #658 Thank you, Tim the Enchanter. Remember to beware of his nasty, big, pointy teeth!

YDI for three things: 1. Shooting at it when it was in front of your pool 2. Missing (Seriously, did it duck or something or are you just a bad shot?) 3. Expecting sympathy from the Internet FYL because the rabbit ruined your garden. Some people here don't quite realise how much work goes in to making a nice garden, the plant seeds, the timing, the hard work and effort. I'm sure they understand that a tree can take 100 years to grow, 5 minutes to cut down. If you scaled that down a bit, you'd get a good measure of the effort required to plant a garden, and another good measure for how long it takes one small animal to ruin it

I like how everyone bitching about the rabbit that didn't even get shot probably still eats meat and thinks that's completely different. So do I, furthermore.

Where do you live that you have a 22 handy at a moment's notice? It's like this one show I saw on Investigation Discovery about hauntings. There was this couple who lived in a house they thought was haunted. One night, the wife and her friend are home alone when they heard a noise upstairs, and out of nowhere they pulled out shotguns from a bin where you would keep umbrellas.

A lot of people keep guns in their houses, it's a right given to us by the Bill of Rights, and a lot of people go hunting anyway.

Dude... next time you eat food, I'm going to come shoot you for ruining my garden. >=|

Ever heard of the phrase "multiplies like rabbits"? They're everywhere. It's not his fault you guys are left wing nuts. I would suggest working on your aim, Jerrrr. I'm sorry your pool is busted.
