Man, that sucks. Okay, so you can sort of tell even from behind if you look close enough--but who expects to see a midget wandering around? Your brain goes immediately to "kid." So it's not really your fault--if he was pissed, he needs to develop a thicker skin. I'm not a midget, but I am very short (4'9") and I try not to get mad at the people who make those kinds of mistakes, but just at the situation that made the mistake possible.
Wow I feel really bad for you, but don't kids look different from dwarves, even from the back?
#2- good idea, but then the dwarf might've yelled at her for trying to help him/her
someone already put something almost exactly like this up. think of something more original. lame
Oh yea! THIS is why people need to stop doing things like that! Just say, excuse me, may I be of assistance? I know it's tec. not ur fault but people HAVE to b more careful about this! Think about how the 'midget' feels...and btw, was he a midget or a dwarf? Cause those are 2 separate things..

I don't see how you could make this mistake. People who suffer from dwarfism tend to have a very characteristic body shape that looks nothing like a child...
