Wow, my mixing up legal terms totally negates the fact that this man does not ever have any legal or social right to touch a person's body. And I wasn't addressing you with the rape stats, I was addressing another comment. What position did she put herself in? All she did was sit at a bus stop. That these men decided to hassle her is most certainly their problem. The problem I'm seeing here is people don't like her comeback, which is like blaming a bullied kid for not making his torturers go away. The problem is *not* the kid, or this girl, it's the people hassling them. Or should she have a man with her at all times to protect her from people, instead of these people actually watching themselves?
#149: You are the queen of bad analogies and clearly refuse to understand what she did to make a bad thing worse. Twice. Sorry, we can't help you. I didn't say your mixing up legal terms made it okay. I said your mixing up legal terms makes you an idiot. And, once again, you don't bother to acknowledge anything I said in support of the OP. You just focus on the negative so you can "win". Screw you.
She wasn't pretending to be a prostitute and they probably didn't genuinely think she was one. "How much?" is just a put down jerks use to hassle girls and "you can't afford me" is just a comeback, she wasn't actually haggling! And you don't know how she was dressed and it doesn't matter, it didn't give them the right to insult or touch her.
FYL, that guy sounds like a rapist or pedo to me... it's a good thing you walked home instead of took that bus, you could have gotten yourself into a bad situation. That's gross though, especially if it was an OLD man, eww. Just one question, why would you say anything like that to some random guy you didn't know anyways? "You couldn't afford me" kind of sounds like a flirty statement. If it had been me, I would have been ******** myself and running down the street. LOL.
Because I have no problem with the positive things you said. I agree with them. I have a problem with thinking comebacks are invitations to harassment.

FYL because the original guy that you were a prostitute. YDI from the old man because of your response.
You actually admitted in public that you are buyable? Well, what was wrong then with the old guy? You didn't even hear his offer.
