Today, I went into labor and got my husband drive me to the hospital. Instead of staying by my side, he rushed back home for a World of Warcraft raid. His excuse? His friends were counting on him and they'd be pissed if he let them down. FML

You can always have another kid. But that WoW raid will never happen again.

That's totally ****** up. Leave him now.

i know that feel but seriously??? picking ur online friends over ur wife AND baby

after carrying that baby for nine months, surviving the symptoms and pushing a baby out of your vjayjay... the lest he cam do is be next to you... real immature of him.

Sorry to hear this, but hope he will get his priorities right soon.

I hope his friends knew you went into labor so they can tell him what a horrible person he is.

How the hell did you even marry him? You must've seen this coming, I broke up with my boyfriend because his gaming was coming before dates. I know you sacrificed a lot in that relationship in order to get where you are, when are you going to wake up?

why are you posting on FML the day you went into labor? That's just as bad as your husband, looks like both of this baby's parents can't put down there apps or games.

FML posting rule is that all FMLs begin with "Today." That does not, in fact, mean the story actually occurred "today" or when the OP went into labor and gave birth. And even if it did, submitting a post takes no time at all, she could do it while the child's sleeping. But given the way the FML was written, that she'd talked to her husband to find out why he left her, tells me some time has passed since the birth.

FML's are supposed to start with "Today," not "Yesterday" or "Tomorrow" or "7 years ago" or anything like that. And what does posting on here have to do with going into labor? Obviously she posted this after having her kid maybe some hours ago, which would still count as "Today,"

While in labor, if you have an epidural, it's possible to have downtime before the actual birth. And at some point during the couple days in the hospital, baby may have been sleeping....OP could have had a moment of feeling a little upset about the father missing everything...and had the thought of cranking out an FML. It'd take her all of 30 seconds...... not that out of the realm of possibility. And it doesn't make her a bad person. Its DEFINITELY not even comparable to missing the birth for WoW!!!
