Today, I went on a group job interview, where all the applicants seem to have the same qualifications. When the interviewer dismissed all of us but the prettiest girl, outraged, I told him he was a prejudiced pig, and should be ashamed of himself. Apparently she was the only one who had a car. FML

Today, I went to an important job interview, only to be told I'm not what such a "prestigious" company was looking for. This from a pimply-faced 20-something who took a personal call on speakerphone mid-interview, and actually said "LMAO" out loud at his friend's joke. FML

Today, I went in for an interview at my dream job. When I walked in, I got a dirty look from the front desk secretary. Turns out, the guy interviewing me was from a dating website I'm on. I'd rejected him and told him to get a life. FML

Today, my friends gave me a complete makeover, which included clothes from their wardrobe, to prepare me for an upcoming job interview. I was then declined the position, because apparently, I "looked too wealthy" to need the job. FML

Today, I had a job interview at a local business with the owner who was man, and the manager who was a woman. I thought I did pretty well because I heard the manager whisper so, as I was walking out. Then I heard the owner whisper "no fat chicks." FML

Today, I applied for a job as a secretary. As I sat in the waiting room, the interviewer came out with his wife. She gave me a once-over, then said to her husband, "Hire this one. She's so ugly, you would never have an affair with her." FML

Today, I had an interview to be a waitress. Afterwards, I had food in the restaurant, which is where I overheard my interviewer tell the manager he wasn’t going to bother hiring “that girl I just interviewed” because "her face is nasty and she’ll put the customers off their food." FML

Today, while waiting for a job interview, a woman sat down next to me and asked if I was here for the job too. Thinking she was also an applicant, I tried to demoralise her, and said the job was going to be a complete joke. With that, she stood up and said, "Do you still want to go into my office?" She was the interviewer. FML

Today, I went in to a job interview with 6 other girls my age. I tried to sit down on a chair exactly like the ones every other girl was sitting on. Then, one of the interviewers offered to get me a more "sturdy" chair. For the entire interview, I got to sit in the "fat girl chair". FML

Today, I had a job interview, for which I spent hours preparing. My interviewer was nothing more than a pimple-faced teen, and after only two minutes of reviewing my qualifications, he lost interest and started asking such questions as which Hogwarts house is my favorite. FML

Even if you all had the same qualifications, you would still have to suck it up and accept that they can hire whomever they please. The employer could have announced to everyone, "I'm hiring this woman because she has the best rack", and you would still have to move on. The drama and blatant hypocrisy don't really help your chances of being hired there sometime in the future.

All other things being equal, you have to make the choice based on something. You never know. When I worked at Starbucks we once ran out of the chocolate powder used to make the syrup that goes in mochas. My manager (a ******* moron whose fault it was that we always ran out of everything) had me run to the nearby Wal-Mart to buy Hershey's syrup because I was the only barista there with a car. So I can see why there are situations when it's useful to have an employee who can run errands and stuff.

People like you annoy the hell out of me. They automatically assume that they didn't get something because of their gender/race/religion/hair color/eyes/body type/etc. Not everyone's prejudiced. Maybe you just can't accept the fact that someone's better than you at something. Move on, or keep trying at it instead of complaining. Damn.

That is so typical, assuming she isn't more qualified just coz she's prettier. People I meet tell me all the time that I'm pretty, and im glad, because I'd hate to be an insecure resentful bitch like the one who posted this, and the ones that say stuff about me when i get good grades or befriend guys they want. **** that makes me angry. and it sounds like your personality is even uglier, i hope you never get picked for anything again. by anyone. ever.
