Today, I went to the Apple store to try and figure out what's going on with my iPhone. After an hour of speaking to three different geniuses and waiting around, their solution was to "Google it." FML

As someone who does tech support for a living I can say that is a valid step in fixing some bizarre issues.

Ditto... googling problems can be a lifesaver. I work in tech support, and probably 25% of the time someone calls in I'm googling the problem and relaying the information. :P
