Hey OP, I know what you're going through. I went through the same. No friends, lived alone, only class and back to my apartment. But you need to find time for yourself and give him some time to himself. No matter how much two people like each other, spending every moment together will make both of you sick of each other. Yes, I know this from experience, so please try :) you'll savor the time you're together more than if you spend every waking second on him. Best to you both and may be happy truly together someday.
