the dress is going to end to starting world war 3 but i saw it as blue and a dark gold. there was a picture of it on the person who originally posted the picture and it is black and blue but it's a sciency thing that causes people to see different colors

The lady actually said that in real life it black and blue but in the pic it's white and gold. There is some science as to why also

It is the lighting which makes it seem white and gold

At different times of the day, and different lighting in the room I'm in, it's been both sets of colors. More often, my eyes see it as blue and black.
