Most people have been at one point another, regardless of if they know about it or not. And maybe he did cheat. Maybe he didn't. The guy said he felt guilty, so either he wasn't as serious about the relationship and wasn't reciprocating, or he did something to feel guilty about. It's his choice of wording that lead people to believe he did, not the fact that these gals may have been cheated on and now all dudes are shit.
