I love all the assumptions being made here! How do we how often OP updates his list? How do we know that OP and his gf didn't have a one night stand, way back before they got together, and that is why there are names after her? It may be chronological for the first time he slept with them, not the last. Or he could be a cheating asshole. Just pointing out how we don't have enough information to accurately judge.
