Eh! That sucks.. I own expensive jeans and I would be highly upset if someone altered them in any way.. Forget what everyone says that really sucks! =/
Haha, I think this is funny. But was also very nice of your Grandmother to do something like that. She saw a tear, and she thought let me fix it. On another note, let the person buy whatever kind of jeans they want. If it is your money, and it makes you happy...go ahead and buy them.
god **** all of you for being mean to this girl who was tasteful enough to buy nice jeans...and im sure your grandmother was trying to be sweet but i'd wanna send her to the grave early for that as well.
There's a show for douchebags like this. It's called "Tool Academy". Maybe you should sign up. Then you could show the world how cool you are for buying $300 limited edition ripped jeans. Quit trying to be so trendy.
You deserved that, you're an idiot for spending that much on a pair of jeans. They're not more rugged or comfortable than a $40 or $50 pair of jeans, they only thing they have on them is that they make you look like a douchebag. Not buying into stupid trends doesn't make you poor, it makes you reasonable enough to know that they're stupid investments. Buying shit like this will not help the economy since it puts forward the message that spending that much on frivolous items is ok, and it's not.
hahahaha the comments on this are funnier than the story. and all 129 of the comments before me are right i feel like this person only posted this to brag about themselves, even though no one on here will ever know who they are
Okay, seriously guys? Her money, she can legitimately spend it. Not that I'd ever spend even $60 on a single item of clothing. I get all my clothes from stores whose quality I can be sure of (so they don't fall apart in a few weeks like most of what Wal-Mart sells), but most of my jeans are $30 or less a pair. Also, to the OP: it's not like you can't cut the threads, don't bitch about something that's an easy fix.

well thats what you get for buying $300 jeans.
Maybe now you can reflect on how absurd it is to spend $300 on Jeans that are ripped, simply because they are "trendy"...
