Firstly you dont have to cut it from your diet, only your daughters. Secondly even if you do cut it from your diet that doesnt stop you baking it. Lastly try thinking about your daughter instead of yourself for a change
Ur bakers. Bake something
Don't you mean, you have to cut all wheat out of your daughter's diet? Unless you got gluten intolerance confused with coeliac disease, in which case you'd need a wheat free kitchen at home.
Being a celiac is tough, FHL not yours. Shame on you. You can buy gluten-free stuff at ASDA (or walmart is you are American). I have made celiac free food in school before, and I was freaking 13 years old...if I can do it why can't you?
Just change your bakery to a gluten free bakery. Those are pretty popular now. Plus, some gluten free food is better for you than regular gluten food.
its not that bad of an issue OP. my fiance is allergic to gluten and we both changed our entire diets. for some people it can be difficult in the begining, but after awhile you will notice that there are some gluten free foods that taste better than the "regular" stuff. just sayin, your bakers, you should know you can change the way you bake. this would probably make you better bakers.
Use potato and tapioca starches with grains like quinoa and millet, using xanthan gum to hold it all together.. It's bread-like
Her diet... You can eat gluten all you want. -.-

Why do you have to cut it out of all of your diets, instead of just your daughter's? Also, it's possible to bake gluten-free food.
It is possible to have gluten-free flour, I believe. You could even specialize in making bread for those who have intolerance of gluten.
