rice flour and pasta in your future
I found out a month ago that I have celiac as well! it is veryyy hard! but gladly the doctor gave me medicine for it! it's called "hyoscyamine" it works wonders!
gladly there are more gluten free foods nowadays!
I know what you are going through. I have had Celiac Disease for 16 years. On top of that I am lactose intolerant and I have UC. I would try Udi's bread. Trust me when I say this, it does get easier.
I know how you feel. I also have celiac disease. It has to be the worst thing in the world, I stick to mostly fruits and vegetables. Meat would be good too as long as its not processed. Make sure everything you buy, you check the food label. It definitely is hard especially when with friends or at parties. But you have to stick to it or it can make it worse because an autoimmune disease attacks things in your body that it usually accepts. An it can damage the villa in your small intestine which can make it hard to digest food. But don't give up
I bake gluten-free bread etc all the time.
Only 3 hunger games references. wow.. i was expecting more.
Even if you cut it out of your diet, you can still bake it... Plus, research online and you will find recipes for gluten free foods! Gluten is in more than just wheat. It's in soy sauce, and bunches and bunches of other products you don't even know. This is a serious thing. Research it!! I baked treatises for a friend who is gluten intolerant. I have packaged mixes in my cabinets because there are kids at my kids' schools who are allergic to gluten... Much more common than you'd think! Please research it as much as you can before you do something wrong.... Like feeding your child something you think is gluten free, when it truly isn't!!! I wish you and your family very good luck!!! And - advice: sell some special gluten free stuff in your bakery!! Then advertise it!! You will have more customers!!!! Again, good luck to you.
Are you Peetas parents!?

Why do you have to cut it out of all of your diets, instead of just your daughter's? Also, it's possible to bake gluten-free food.
It is possible to have gluten-free flour, I believe. You could even specialize in making bread for those who have intolerance of gluten.
