its a medical issue. definitely.. Feel sorry for the 2 of you.. Get him to the doc.. As for the marriage part, who would wanna tell of this prob to anyone anyway, its embarassing. So c'mon, imagine u had this prob.

It COULD be a medical issue. Some illnesses like UC or Crohn's cause loss of control over the bowels. Same if he has had an ostomy or jpouch surgery.
