Like many have said, having red hair is a VERY recessive gene. I am one of four people in my ENTIRE family to have red hair. It's very rare...look at a crowd full of people and see how many red heads you find. Not many. Many of those people may carry the gene.

red hair is a double recessive gene, which both you and your wife have, being blonde. there is a 1 in 4 chance of your child having red hair. this is not out of the ordinary.

i can't tell if you're upset because you suspect your wife of cheating (a stupid assumption) or you're upset because you don't want a redheaded child (a stupid prejudice). either way, chill the eff out man, and like others said, if you must, then get a DNA test.
