happy birthday! but in canada you get pulled over for looking suspicious and they arrest you because they find something. you can win in court. so technically here its against the charter.

Today, I pulled over a gangster looking youth, when I asked him for ID his pants dropped below his crotch and I sadly his one inch wonder, to make him feel better I wished him a happy birthday. FML.
