those little *****
I had similar happen when I worked at a car wash. A pair of cheapskates paid for a $10 wash with a $5 bill and a giant bag of pennies, nickels, dimes and a couple quarters - and only after I convinced them to use the 5 instead of another bag of change. I wanted to just tell them to go spend that on food, because if they're that broke, a car wash is probably not so important. But no, I'd be in shit if I had refused it.
i used to work for mcdonalds and employees definitly DO NOT like counting change. i definitly feel for ya!
all teens are not assholes!! its teens like these that make all of them see like assholes!!
All teenagers should be castrated
Hope you took your time, and worked as slow as possible. You might have given yourself a 5 minute break this way in the middle of the rush hour without having to fear your boss' comments. :)
If this really happened, than your life isn't ****** because they handed you change - your life is ****** because you violated Mcdonalds policy by accepting such a large amount of change, and made a nuisance to other customers as well. You'll be lucky to have a job tomorrow. Just as Mcdonalds doesn't accept $100 bills, they don't except more than $5 in change - and thats only if most of it is quarters. In rolls, you can go up to $10

you should have said "**** you, and come back with cash"...or, you should have gotten your manager to say that instead...i've done that as a manager because bringing in a tin of uncounted change and expecting the clerk to count it for you is just plain rude. it holds up the line behind you and makes everyone unhappy.
You should have refused them service unless they counted it out themselves. If it was during a rush, your manager would have backed you up.
