Idiots at the top. If our bodies weren't billboards we would walk around either naked or with our eyes closed. What are clothes if not reflections of our personality? We don't all dress the same because we aren't all the same or live in that kind of world.

lots of opinions here...niiiiice. My points... 1) Religions have used tattoos for thousands of years. Yes...Christians did too. So being Godly doesn't mean being ink free. 2) Tattoo's are 'body art'. Art is pretty subjective, what's beautiful to one person is ugly to another. I personally hate tattoo's on backs and chests. See, I have preferences to a tattoo lol. 3) Most tattoo's are not 'reminders of drunken encounters' as tattooing as become 'unethical' to perform on intoxicated people...duh. 4) Tattooing a reminder of someone is not uncommon, even 400 hundred years ago. Especially of the dead. I'm sure I'd tattoo my girlfriends name if she passes on, she's the best thing in my life. 5) Tattoo's are no different then clothing (#102 repeat). Except tattoo's are much more unique. 6) People who hate tattoo's are ten times more likely to hate someone wearing a clothing brand they hate.

Those of us who grew up in the 60's and 70's remember how stupid we looked in those fashions. But we put that stuff away and moved on. Tattoos are permanent, and they always get gross, no matter how many degrees you have. Things look cool because they are different from what came before. Tattoos are getting really popular, so the next craze will be no tattoos, and anyone with them will be so 00's. If you don't believe me, just watch the Dr. Seuss show of the things with the stars on their chests.
