ur life sucks!! I guarantee your argument had something to do with a guy.
It sounds like you diliberatly hit the car after she missed you. If you did diliberatly hit the car then you should pay for the damages.
She didn't say she slammed herself but she does say she hit the car, not the car hit her. If she angrily lashed out with her tennis racket, that would be a deliberate action on her part. I agree, she should pay for the damage. Whatever the argument was about, I find it highly unlikely the sister was going to commit manslaughter. She tried to scare OP or just pulled out too fast and OP over-reacted anc is now stating the case a bit over-dramatically.
Are you by any chance Korean?
Why yes, yes I am.
I really hope this argument wasn't about the tennis match... Are you sure she tried to run you over, and you just weren't in the way when she was trying to pull out? Also, did you intentionally hit the door? Because you were just asking for trouble then, that left evidence, your sister can play a blinder about attempting to hit you with her car. However, it does suck if this really happened. Especially as you should have been able to resolve it without either of you having to try and damage anything.
You can only resolve something if both parties are willing. It doesn't sound like that was the case here.
Well, there is that Irish. But my point really was that I don't see why people can't maturely settle arguments.
You seem to be assuming that most people act their age and think logically. remove that assumption and you'll notice A LOT of stupidity in the world. BTW OP, I like #35's idea =P
Oh I don't assume people will, I hope people will. I mean, acting silly is all good and fun in most circumstances, however when it comes to arguments or other situations that demand responsibility and stuff, I really do wish people would have some maturity to deal with it...
tell them to go **** themselves and you aren't paying anything...oh and throw ur Sis in jail for attempted homicide!!! >=}
You must've hit it on purpose (with the racket or somthing) since you left a dent. If so, then YDI It doesn't even matter if she tried to run you over, there's no evidence of that anyway. She was probably just trying to scare/intimidate you. Why would she kill you if what she did would have been obvious?
