if he works that hard on his body, of course he'll be upset if you say he's fat! no one likes being called fat and he's obviously very sensitive about it. I don't really get how this is an FML.

someone has self image problems. see girls, men can be sensitive and self conscious too. tell him your sorry, you think he is super hot, and you were just making a joke. a silly innocent little joke that in retrospect, failed. then give him head. all will be good

just say you want to go to the gym with him because he is in better shape then you are to make him feel better :)
