Today, I called Tech Support because the computer program wouldn't let me open files for my online classes. After an hour, and being walked through the downloading process multiple times. There was a pause and he said, "You're a fucking idiot." and hung up. It still won't work. FML

People who are saying to get him fired need a reality check. The tech guy had to repeat simple instructions to the OP for OVER AN HOUR. The OP is obviously an idiot. Also you want this guy to be fired simply for losing his patience with a really stupid customer. Getting fired is a big deal and being unemployed can really damage some ones lifestyle and on the flip side, calling someone an idiot is not a big deal. If you get some one fired for calling you an idiot you are a ******* asshole.

i doubt he actually said 'you're a ******* idiot,' because those calls are monitored- those slip ups don't happen (i should know). I suspect you embalished the story to make it funnier.
