To be honest, I don't see what's so difficult about bra hooks to men, they're totally easy... I know someone who can ping them off using only one hand.

Easiest way is to use 2 fingers to pinch it when you have found the strappy bit and then slide them apart. I can usually do it but every now and again it just goes wrong

It took some time, and a few instructions from the woman, but now I've got it down. It helps having a cool chica to talk you through it the first time or two, then once you have it down, your set.

I'm sorry, but don't worry you're not alone as you can see from the responses. My boyfriend still has some trouble too, so I save him the trouble and take it off myself. I can't unhook a bra either...lol. At my OBGYN appt last week the doctor told me to unhook my bra so he could do a breast exam. I couldn't do it cause I never unhook my bras from the back. I always slip the straps off my shoulder, twist it around. and then unhook it in the front. So, after fumbling for a few seconds I look at my boyfriend and say "You do it!" He walks over and unhooks it with one hand. He is proud of his skill. I think the doctor was impressed too. Don't worry OP, just takes practice!
