Today, my son asked me for advice over his girlfriend not "respecting" his pathetic need for near-constant sex. I got so bored listening to the misogynistic horseshit spewing out of his mouth that I totally zoned out. I came to as he started hurling abuse at me for not siding with him. FML

I sense a castration for your son in the near future.

Time to train that child! Be a parent and teach them to respect women... It any romantic partner regardless of gender for that matter

This is no joke/lie: my family calls itself Pro-************. If you can't take care of yourself, how do you ever expect someone else to be able too? You, as his mom, should have taught him that he should be handling his business by himself.

Uhm. OP is his father. Check out the information under the FML.

My mistake for thinking he was a she!!!! Sorry OP!!!! Still, I don't get my second reply... Wth does that mean? I would never tell my dad that, so that's why I assumed it was directed at his mom. Maybe it would be different if I were a guy, but my brother would go to my mom too...

It would be unfair to say 'YDI because you raised him.' Parents can't always help it if their kids turn out to be assholes, can they? Hopefully it's not too late to teach him basic respect...

Good news and bad news. Good news, he's not just a misogynistic bastard. He can be a psychopathic asshole to guys too! Bad news, ........ practically Everything else involving your son Sorry. Bush up on your law, buy a blue shirt, and take his "college fund" and turn it into a "lawyer fund" *shrugs* When life hands ya lemons right?

*Brush Damn iPhone! I should really make editing a higher priority than reading the comments as I go >.< Ah well. -end useless extra comment-

I see it says your a male, therefore his father. I would step in and reeducate him and instill proper values into him. As the same sex parent his views on the roles for a man in a relationship should come from you. Sit down with him and teach him to respect other people and to better understand his role in romantic relationships.

Glad you're not that way. Kudos to you, buddy. Now you gotta whip that kid into some good shape. Get him to see why he's being an idiot, and even if he has such a high sex drive there are better, less destructive outlets than treating his girlfriend like meat with a hole. But seriously, whoop his ass.

YDI. Be a real parent and try to get your son to look at it from the gf's point of view. He needs to respect her, too. Maybe you should have taught him that.

YDI for being a crappy parent and zoning out. YDI for being a crappy parent in general who demands no respect. And finally, YDI for being a man and using the word "misogynist".

Children tend to learn by example. You're setting a great one, judging from the tone of your FML you are just as immature as he is. You brought this one on yourself.
