So your two-year-old managed to get a pair of scissors while you were asleep? And you're concerned about the dress? I hope when you explain this to the groom, he realizes how stupid you must be and runs away screaming. It's a wonder the kid's still alive.
awe. that's horrible.
children out of wedlock are evil? is that the focus of this?
i read all these comments n i laughed. im sorry, i was born catholic n thought the belief systems n what it demands were straining. i have sex n am not married. i have one partner...doesnt make me a ****... needless to say...i removed myself from the church... like everyone says the child couldve come from a prev. marriage, rape, or she could be widowed. you all judge her for something that makes her happy... isnt it said... "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone"? i highly doubt any of you saying ydi for having a child/premarital sex can throw the first stone...so shut the hell up already...sweet jeebus... OP: i agree with a comment that said, wear it anyway :) she helped in a way...if you cant...same colored slips n threads work wonders...take lots of pictures! n have fun...luck in your future :D
In this culture I'd say the woman is practically saintly for actually getting married. No one cares about religion anymore :/
YDI for putting scissors where a two year old child can get a hold of them.

Where would you put scissors that a two year old can get them?
What kind of mother are you leaving scissors sharp enough to cut a wedding dress within reach of your 2 year old!? Not to mention...where the hell was the garment bag?
