I have an anxiety disorder and sometimes nightmares continue to disturb me into the waking moments of my life. I feel you OP
I have AD as well, and it's really hard to live with. But meditation helped me a lot especially before sleeping. Look some on YouTube and good luck. Hope you feel better.
That's what happens when you eat cap'n krunch before bedtime! On a more serious note I'm sure it will pass and FYL
some dreams stick with you lol that dream must of really sucked
Try to do some meditation before going to bed. It really helps.
Well. That sucks.
One word, zopiclone. Get some from your doctor, will sort out anxiety related insomnia.
It has been over ten years since I have crossed paths with a similar fellow in a dream. The anxiety and ensuing obsession is understood. I assume the dream did not end in a satisfactory manner, or that it was more of a nightmare for you. The former can be resolved or let go, the latter may require some personal reassurance.
aren't we all scared of nightmares than real life issues...
Call me mean but I am one of the "you deserve it" people. Quit bitching about your life and fix it.
What are you reading FML then?
