Today, I came home and found a few of my faux fur coats completely butchered. On my way to interrogate my boys, the only ones home, I found our husky dog, who was recently shaved for an operation, covered in the fur that once belonged to my coat. My boys said 'he was cold'. FML

Why are so many of you incapable of reading? It's faux fur. For those who lack an education above the elementary school level, that means it's fake fur.

YDI for shaving your husky, your not supposed to shave huskies. their hair also keeps them cool. They also get sunburnt. I own a husky by the way.

I voted FYL, but really, it's one of those "Aw your kids did something smart, and kind of cute, and hey, they care about the dog, so good for them". Sucks you lost some clothing, but clothing can be replaced, repurchased. Story-worthy moments with your children cannot. Enjoy those while you can!

I voted YDI for owning the coats to begin with because I think fur is ugly whether it's real or fake. Not because I don't know that faux fur means fake. I like eating tasty animals and products animals produce. I would not consider myself an idiot for having that opinion.

That's actually really sweet in a way. I literally said "awww...." when I read that :) too bad about your coats though. But good job wearing faux fur instead of real. :)
