you learn more from a loss than you do from a win, so take a look at the film from your match and take a look at what you need to improve on.
Im an mma fighter as well, dont worry bout losing next fight just remember the worst has already happened you lost so what could e worse. You'll do much better mate
Career change in order.
"not meant for it" isn't even considerable, What you need to do is practice taking hits, also do other workouts to improve your endurance such as jogging for long distances and things of that sort, but yeah if you're going to be a UFC fighter you need to maybe have a friend practice punching you at incrementing strengths in different areas. Best of luck with your dream.
In soviet Russia, ass kicks you! Also in MMA fights.
Experience.
I was at my friend's amateur debut MMA fight a few years back, and not only did he lose quickly, he blew out his knee when he got caught with a rough take down at the legs and had to be carried out of the ring. It's taken him years to get his leg mostly okay, with some permanent damage, and he hasn't fought again since then.....yet. He never let that dampen his spirits, it'll be 4 years since that injury/loss and he's still just as eager to get back in there and trains daily. :) Op, if this is something you are passionate about, then Don't let this one, little loss change that! Learn from your mistakes, spar hard for the experience, and go for it! Anyone can lose any fight, anyone can get caught, it happens! Only thing that matters is if you let that stop you or not. And that's a choice You get to make! :) Best of luck, Op! Cheers.

You need to do a training montage. Perhaps "Eye of the tiger" would be a good song choice to go with it.
Practice more instead of watching UFC, you'll get better. :)
