Today, I failed my driving test. The examiner insisted I that didn't check a junction before pulling out. I did, he just didn't notice because he was too busy staring at my chest. FML

Make a formal complaint against the tester and then go take the test again and request a female for the re-test. They get away with this crap cuz everyone is afraid to complain. And for all you 12 year olds in here: like them all you want, but try to act like an adult about it. Comments like this are the reason none of you have girlfriends.

If everything else was correct by You, then write a letter that examinator attention was not there where it supposed to be at the moment and thats not Your fault. Do it and there won't be so many victims like You. :) Next time grab his look upwards or lower yourself there where his look is? :P

the way I see it is of he was staring at your boobs then he would have passed the good ones. if yours aren't nice enough to persuade a pervert then he wouldn't won't to look at all. so no he wasn't your just way to full of yourself.

I think it takes more than one small mistake (barring an accident or some other serious stuff) to fail the test. To those of you saying she was not dressed modestly enough, unfortunately, with some guys it really doesn't matter. I've seen women in full burka get gawked at. Women shouldn't need to get a double mastectomy in order for a guy to control themselves.

I'm surprised this wasn't pointed out right away. A single mistake like the one described in this FML scenario is most likely not sufficient grounds for the examiner to fail the OP; I would imagine that her failure is a reflection of her own driving abilities and instead of taking responsibility for the failure, she's trying to blame it on someone else. That being said, there are definitely a lot of perverted and creepy people out there, so I suppose it's still possible that she was unfortunate enough to encounter one of them - I just find the scenario I posed to be more likely.
