like omg guys i really wanna Lose three pounds. hahah. you should working out as well you know maybe run couple laps. do a couplejumping jacks and possibly some running in place.

while eating fruits and veggies is healthier than eating a ton of fried food, there's still carbs in it, and depending on what kind you're eating, there can be a lot of carbs, like potatoes and peas, and fruits have a lot of sugar in them, especially bananas and grapes. and coffee is something you should limit your intake of if you're seriously trying to lose weight. it's a stimulant and will actually increase your appetite or make you hungrier more often. i'm not saying stop drinking it altogether, heaven knows if i don't have my cup in the morning, i turn into a huge grouch and get a headache. some of the best weight loss plans i've seen come from the weight watchers system. i've been following it for a year now and i've lost 40 pounds. just make sure you don't totally cut out the natural sugars completely, but do try to stay away from processed sugars. and don't try to eat completely fat free, your body needs some fat intake, otherwise it will think you're starving it and will halt the weight loss process. trust me, i've been those routes before i tried what i'm doing now. and don't think of it as a diet. diet is a nasty word and it makes the mind think that you're doing something not enjoyable. call it a lifestyle change.

Don't you ever watch the commercials? Diet and EXERCISE! Oh well, at least you tried.

Eating so little can actually make your body hold on to fat. It's actually better to just eat healthily - make it a lifestyle choice, don't use some stupid, fad diet! - and EXERCISE. Why do people always forget this? Because they're lazy and and too impatient to wait for the results which will actually last.

Why do people look to their weight alone for a sense of self-worth? It's not about how many pounds you weigh but how healthy you live. Diets like this are almost impossible to maintain - OP should just eat sensibly and exercise and not live by the number on the scale.

Too many carbs, up your protein and move around a little.
