Hahaha lame, diets are dumb, also, if you don't eat you'Re just going to gain more weight afterwards. People just don't want to hear that eating in moderation and excerisize is the way to go. Also, its not about the scale, its about how your clothes fit.
YDI. Next time see a nutritionist, or at least try eating normal. Eating fruits, veggies, and coffee does not sound like a very good diet to me.
Wow that sucks. But my guess is it's the coffee that's doing it. Try consulting a doctor or dietician so you can find a diet that works the best for you. Kudos to you for trying to be more healthy though.
when i think of losing weight, coffee is the furthest thing from my mind.
Maybe you're eating in your sleep. Sleep eating.
well no shit - you're eating like a ******* idiot!
I've been studying this stuff for the last 3 years and just have to comment! Eating a lot of fruit and veg is ok, but get some protein & fat with main meals too, or you'll be hungry again really soon. Basically eat a portion of protein rich, low fat food at each mealtime (egg; chicken; beans; fish; tofu...), and it sounds silly but making sure that there is around 2% fat in each meal will make sure that you feel full (your stomach can detect it, and isn't 'convinced' by fat free food!). On top of that, you can have as many fruit and veg as you like (although dried fruit is high in calories). Coffee is fine (ideally no more than 2 cups per day), but drink some water too!
Going through these comments. This is the only decent advice I've read. Thank you and other people can definitely learn from this. Also, thank you for dumbing it down, so people can understand it
