how does she deserve that? eww, i dont doubt that guys get hard at random times and jerk off if they can..but i'd rather not be able to hear anything, especially not a creepy guy saying my name slowly while doing it

Next time you hear him doing it, why don't you just shout back, "Dude, I can HEAR you!" He might not even know the walls are that thin. He'll probably be really embarrassed but at least he'll most likely keep it down after that. Also, just because he's wacking it to you doesn't necessarily mean he's creepy. People **********. They also do weird things when they **********. Usually because they think no one will find out.
