Today, I found out that instead of having four wisdom teeth, I have eight. They all have to be removed as soon as possible, which happens to be over the Christmas break. I get to spend my whole vacation in excruciating pain and a swollen face to boot. FML

Today, I had eight teeth removed in preparation for getting my braces fitted. My winter break will now consists of barely being able to sleep or eat, tasting blood, and looking like a goofy-ass chipmunk. FML

Today, I went to the dentist and found out I still have a wisdom tooth. I got all four out last summer… or at least I thought I did. Now I have to go back and get it removed. Again. FML

Today, after a year or more of suffering with wisdom tooth pain, I finally had all 4 removed a few days ago. Relief? No. I’m in more pain now than I’ve ever been, and I can’t even eat for comfort. FML

Today, I had my wisdom teeth pulled. The local anesthesia worked on three of the four teeth. I found out about the last tooth when the dentist was mid-yank. FML

Today, the dentist told me I needed to have two of my wisdom teeth on opposite ends of my mouth pulled. I suppose a liquid diet won't be all that bad. FML

ummmm. the whole over Christmas break thing happens to a LOT of people. and the eight wisdom teeth part I'm pretty sure is not a rare as most would think. so yes it does suck, but. you're not the only one.

Been there done that. I also got food poisoning a few days later *on* christmas, and then got sick with a sinus infection. and I grind my teeth making recovery excruciating. I was in bed for a month.

Then you obviously haven't been well educated because I myself had eight wisdom teeth. My new dentist also didn't believe I'd already had one set out until I brought in records from the orthodontist I had as a teen.
