There are a million ways to get out of jury duty if push comes to shove just say you're racist...Even better if it's your own race so you got a little crazy going for you too haha

I was just able to postpone mine for 2 months and gave the excuse of an unreschedulable doctor appointment and minor surgery. I'm certain they'd let you postpone a few weeks for your wedding.

Well why don't you have your wedding during the trial?? You get your wedding AND you show up for jury duty... Win-win situation for you and the government. ;)

Hey, while they're at it why don't they spend their honeymoon in a cell and "do time" to get the full experience of a GREAT wedding day/honeymoon? My mum got out of doing it with the excuse that she was breastfeeding. Pretty easy to get out of. :)
