Easy, just do super long side bangs or if you have the bone structure for it, long front bangs. Underneath it you can always fake it with an eyebrow pencil.

Partially shave his head, or, as that would be tough to pull off, cut some of his hair short, so it looks ridiculous. He will likely be expecting you to do something to him, so just wait a few weeks till he has some important event. Then he will sweat it out expecting revenge to come for a few weeks, making him paranoid and crazy, followed by looking weird for an important event in his life. Such as a dance, graduation, or important date. Edit: YDI for sleeping, nobody said that yet.
