ive accidently shaved off one of my eyebrows before... actually it wasnt an accident i just thought that if i shaved it off, it would look like penciled in eyebrows. i was a silly 4 year old.

Learn to draw in eyebrows and shave the other off. Explain what happened so people don't think you had a nervous breakdown.

keep the eyebrow and get really good at making a fake one... use pencil or I use powder and clear masguera on mine... might work for you? clear masguera can shape and make them closer to the skin which may make it less noticeable. Just don't go swimming! I think you should suggest your parents that your brother should be grounded till it grows back!
