depend if your using cuty or well water cause well water uses the electricity of your house for the water when my power goes out you get one flush gotta love well water

you cant at my house, the pump turns off

if u have well water u get one flush and auto refill after the power goes out. after the one u have to refill the water in the back of the toilet by hand
