You know what? You didn't deserve that. That guy was a jerk. Even if you were hideous, which I'm completely sure you're not, you would deserve the respect of a polite meeting. No one gets to treat others that shabbily and have it be okay. Just consider yourself lucky that you dodged a bullet. If he's like this on a first meeting, imagine him 6 months in!
