Actually, it could also be "Zizi", but I'm assuming it's Kiki because that seems more plausible. FYL OP, but I guess it's a nice way to break the ice, no? "Hi, what's your name?" "Penis. What's yours?" :)

Nah, "robinet" is indeed a word for penis... But it's very strange. More like a metaphor, since indeed as someone said it means water tap. I know absolutely no one who would ever use this word for penis, not even children. Maybe... it COULD be something an old lady uses while talking to a young child to speak of his penis. "Ton petit robinet". It's still weird. Not at all a translation I would use for dick or ****. Sounds even more like a joke. Maybe something a woman would use to make fun of her husband's penis. "On a du mal à dresser son robinet ce soir ?" But that's all I can think of. Anyway noone needs any proof that google's translations are terrible.

Seriously...what is with all these people not reading the comments? Even without reading the comments and not speaking French, it's pretty easy to use your brain and realize that it could be a slang term. After all, we don't have just one word for penis in English, how could people be so ignorant as to believe that other languages do? :P
