Oh noooo! Maybe you shouldn't put it in Fruit Loops...? Or go dumpster diving, there may still be time! :D
Yeah, I'm pretty sure if I found an engagement ring in my morning cereal, I would just be really confused. I'm not sure I would even assume my boyfriend placed it there. Really, what did you expect? For her to call you and be like, "Is this your engagement ring?" I hope you find the ring and manage to purpose to her in person - and avoid food in general next time.
Cereal expires? Goodbye 1999 Costco pallet of cheerios. Damn, I thought I never had to buy cereal again.
Cause Froot Loops are romantic duh
Yeaaah, it was a bit random, in the cereal. Maybe if you'd made her breakfast in bed, and made it a bit more obvious?
YDI. These FML's are getting repetative.
if your reading them so much that theyre getting repetitive then stop reading them and get a life? btw OP cereal? really? why would you think she would find it in there? what if she ate it? YDI for being dumb about something as important as a proposal
Calm the f*ck down. They are getting repetitive. Telling people to get a life is so elementary school. You would think that people would learn if you are going to do something like put an expensive ring or present in an everyday object, you shouldn't let it out of your site, especially if it can be thrown away.
Lives are over rated.
Froot Loops? Hmm...romantic.
exactly what I was thinking. Really shitty way to do it OP. FYL for it being tossed, but YDI for thinking up such a crappy way. If it was so precious, it should have gone from your hands to hers, not into a random box unsupervised.
What is it with everyone hiding proposal rings in food? That's ******* disgusting, not romantic! Just image what happens if she bit on it, she might bite a tooth out and the ring would definitely have bite marks on it. Let's not mention what would be if she didn't notice and swallowed it... I'm a girl btw
I would love to have it put in my Froot Loops. No joke. Especially if it was fiber-free, which is impossible to find these days. I loveeeeee that shit
It was pretty expensive, wasn't it? I'm guessing so, because the price of a ring tends to be inversely proportional to how stupid the places are that people put them. And seriously... she must not eat Fruit Loops all that often if the cereal actually expired. If you're that stupid, please do your part for society and do not have kids. Our species cannot afford to have your genes passed to the next generation.
you mean directly proportional, not inversely... if you're that stupid, please do your part for society and do not have kids. our species cannot afford to have your genes passed to the next generation. don't be so harsh to the poor guy.
