Become a food safety inspector and nail their asses. Of course this could take a few years, but they say revenge is a dish best served cold. But you'd better be sure that it is colder than 40F, or you will get a fine, too!

FYL because really, that sucks losing your job. Seriously though - I would recommend avoiding the food service industry. Show me restaurant that would pass a health department inspection with a perfect score and I'll show you a restaurant that opened yesterday.

The OP lives in Ireland. OP: First, what can I say, you shouldn't be downtalking your superiors, they're the ones who pay you, you should just be happy. I don't think a person who works in a cigarette company would say to their boss "Our product kills millions of people per year." Also... Studying food safety in college... Wow, way to waste a life. Btw, the first sentence has nothing to do with the next, maybe you should study English.

if you are in the US there are laws to protect you. i believe its the whistleblower law and you should sue even if you aren't in the US because this is wrong
