I get names mixed up in my head sometimes and so does my boyfriend. A couple of times in conversation he has called my by his sister's name, and I almost called my 6-year-old cousin by my boyfriend's name yesterday. It's like students accidentally calling their teacher "mom". It doesn't mean there's any incest involved, wished or otherwise. FYL for it happening during sex though.
