agree with #61, we should have the right to go up to someone smoking near us and put out their cig. and plus I find this hard to believe, a cig and a lollipop have distinctly different weights, you would have felt that the cig was too light while reaching up to lick it.

#61- If I hear one more complaint about second hand smoke I'll kill a kitten. Second hand smoke is only extremely bad for you if you are in a house/room/building with them very often and for a long time. So bitch some more about someone smoking outside by you for 5 mins, giving you lung cancer. Also you probably haven't smoked and don't know how hard it is to quit. I've smoked for a while and have tried to quit multiple times. OP: My guess is you licked the lollipop?
