This is for everybody: Floss. And when you're done, smell the floss. That's what your breath smells like to everybody else. If it smells bad, floss more often. If you don't floss, trust me, your breath is bad.

Why so mean? Breath that smells like poop is often a symptom of fecal compaction, and definitely has nothing to do with whether or not the OP brushes her teeth. She would have no control over this and it is not her fault.
