Stories like these are called 'fantasies' for a reason. Get a grip! Its non of your business and doesn't make her a freak. Is she pregnant, sleeping around, acting this stuff out? I would not say it's imperative that you confront her about it. She still is a human and moreover your child. As long as she's not going on escapades like that in real life I would try not to sweat it.
